Return Policy

Refunds will only be considered for un-used product in brand new condition.

We are confident you will love your new wall decals! But if for some reason you are less than satisfied with the beautiful design, color or print quality you can return unused merchandise for a refund less shipping cost and 10% cancellation fee. Read below for complete details.

Because all of our products are printed to order, we maintain a very strict cancellation and return policy.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations will only be accepted within 24 hours of order. If you wish to cancel after 24 hours from placing your order, you will be subjected to a 10% cancellation fee. 

RETURNS

To be eligible for a return, decals must be unpeeled, unused and in the same condition that you received them. Bent/creased/damaged rolls and decals that have been peeled from their backing paper will not qualify for a refund.

To start your return, you must contact us within 30 days of purchase at returns@pictureperfectdecals.com. Please do not send your purchase back to Lolistix until instructed to do so.

REFUND POLICY

• Shipping cost to return product will be deducted from all refunds.

No refund will be offered in the extremely unlikely event that your decals do not stick to your walls. We encourage you to purchase a COLOR CHART TESTING SAMPLE to see colors and test the adhesive.

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund (minus the return shipping cost) will be processed, and applied to your original method of payment. 

Example:   You wish to return an item that you purchased for $50

                   Cost of return label is $8.50* (price varies by location)

                   Total refund to you will be $41.50

No refund will be issued for the following:

  • Any item not in its original condition, that has been peeled from the backing paper, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. 

  • Any item shipped to Picture Perfect Decals without first contacting us about a return. 

  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after purchase. 

  • Sale items - Only regular priced items may be refunded. 

  • As-Is Merchandise that was sold at a reduced price due to known flaws or defects.

  • Gift Cards, Custom orders and decals with a person's name included in the design are not eligible to be returned.

PROBLEMS WITH ADHESION

No refund will be offered in the extremely unlikely event that your decals do not stick to your walls. Our products are for interior walls and adhere to almost every surface. However, we cannot guarantee that the product will work with every wall paint and texture available in the market. Poor adhesion/bond of the material on your walls could be caused by contamination of the walls, or additives in paint and primers such as Teflon or silicon. These paints and primers are sometimes called "stain-block" and prevent the decal from adhering.  We cannot be responsible for the kind of wall paint used in your home. We offer a low-priced COLOR CHART TESTING SAMPLE that you can use to test your wall paint.

DEFECTIVE PRINTS OR CUTS

We will replace your decals with a new one of the same product if the order has a print defect or is incorrectly cut. Photos of the defects will be required. Contact us at contact@pictureperfectdecals.com if you are experiencing any defects.

Limitations and Warranty

  • Decals applied to contaminated walls, or walls that exhibit visible signs of peeling, lifting, bubbling, or dampness are likely to fail.

  • Do not apply to walls that have been recently painted. Under-cured paint may continue to out-gas and cause bubbles in decal that appears to be well applied right after application. To ensure that the paint is cured, do not apply your decal less than 30 days after painting.

  • Due to the variety of wall paint formulas in the market that affect the adhesion of decals to walls, there is an (extremely!) unlikely possibility that your walls will not allow the decals to adhere. If you are uncertain, we recommend ordering a COLOR CHART TESTING SAMPLE before placing an order for a full size design. 

Gifts

If you are returning a gift and you were not the original purchaser, you will have two options. The original purchasing credit card will be credited the return amount, or a store credit will be issued to you in the return amount.
